History
River City Coaches, Inc. is a family owned and operated business that was established in 1984.
We started very small with a few local customers and some school business.
Through the years we expanded our client base to include a wide spectrum of customers.
We now have local, statewide, national and international customers.
We have a very knowledgeable and experienced staff that has many years of experience in the charter bus industry.
We have added a partner in the business that has over 50 years of experience in driving and management positions in the industry.
Prior to starting our own business, we began our career in the transportation industry working for Greyhound Lines and Kerrville Bus Co. for 20 years.
We look forward to having the opportunity to provide transportation services to you or your group in the future.
Our Fleet
We have 56 passenger MCI J4500 motorcoaches.
We also have 55 passenger MCI D4500 motorcoaches.
We have a 22 passenger minibus with restroom
We have 47 passenger economy coaches for the local service

Safety
We take pride in our commitment to safety. We employ only experienced, professionally trained motorcoach operators with a minimum of 5 years of over the road driving in buses.
We adhere to the federally mandated pre-employment drug screen, random drug screens, post accident drug screens and random alcohol testing for our employees.
We follow a no tolerance policy and anyone who tests positive is terminated and not eligible for rehire.
We strictly follow the federal hours of service regulations with no exceptions.
We have a full time safety director who monitors all safety related activities of the company.
We do our own maintenance on our buses in our own shop facility in San Antonio, Texas located at
1210 Hallmark Dr.
